I work for Nakheel dubai and one of the cheif engineers to work on palm islands project.
Though your idea cannot be directly implemented since we don't have hydraulic pressure guages of that scale, but the idea sounds really good.
Infact, I had shown your document to my cheif engineer. This kind of work from an ameature is most welcome by Nakheel.
I have worked with many projects on international scale and state of the art architectures. Trust me, ideas from ameatures have actually lead to innovation.
I would be interested to know more about you and the technologies you are working.
